Bass Merge

How TELLCOM BUDOWNICTWO KOLEJOWE handles information in the Bass Merge Android application — written in plain, readable legal prose and built on a strict no-tracking foundation.

Effective: October 12, 2026 Controller: TELLCOM BUDOWNICTWO KOLEJOWE Platform: Android Model: No tracking · No AI features · No third-party services

01Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what happens to information when you install or use Bass Merge, a free application distributed for the Android platform and operated by TELLCOM BUDOWNICTWO KOLEJOWE (referred to below as “we”, “us” or “our”). It applies to the application itself and to the services that support it.

We have written this notice to be read, not skimmed. By downloading, opening or continuing to use Bass Merge, you confirm that you have reviewed this policy and accept the practices it describes. If any part of it does not match your expectations, the appropriate response is to stop using the application.

This policy is deliberately narrow in scope: Bass Merge does not profile users across applications, does not run advertising identifiers, and does not embed analytics or AI processing. The sections that follow explain exactly what limited technical information is handled, why it is needed, and how long it stays with us.

02Data Controller

The entity responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing described in this notice is:

All questions, access requests, objections and complaints relating to privacy in Bass Merge should be directed to the email address above. We treat every such message as a priority and will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

03Information We Collect

Guided by the GDPR principle of data minimisation, we limit ourselves strictly to the technical signals that are genuinely required to keep the application running correctly. We do not ask for your name, your address book, your precise location, your photo library or your contacts, and we do not build behavioural profiles from what you do across other applications.

The categories we may process are:

  • Device characteristics such as model, manufacturer and hardware family;
  • Operating system version and application version installed on your device;
  • Interface language and regional settings selected in the application;
  • Anonymised diagnostic data such as crash traces and stability signals;
  • Aggregated, non-identifying usage signals used only to confirm that core features are functioning.

No location tracking. Bass Merge does not request, collect, store or infer your precise or approximate geographic location. There is no GPS access, no IP-based geolocation and no location history associated with your use of the application.

No cross-app tracking and no advertising identifiers. We do not deploy analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, fingerprinting techniques or any technology whose purpose is to follow you across applications or websites owned by other companies. Your activity inside Bass Merge is not used for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

No AI features. The application does not include artificial-intelligence or machine-learning features that analyse your content or your behaviour, and no user data is sent to external model providers for training or inference.

No third-party services. Bass Merge does not embed third-party service providers for analytics, advertising, crash reporting or social sign-in. Any diagnostic signal is processed within the operator’s own environment.

04How We Use Information

The limited information described above is used only for purposes that are directly connected to running the application. Specifically:

  • To deliver, operate, host and maintain Bass Merge on your Android device;
  • To answer support enquiries and communicate with you about issues you raise;
  • To detect misuse, prevent abuse and maintain the stability and performance of the service;
  • To satisfy legal obligations and the technical requirements imposed by the distribution platform.

We do not use the information for marketing, profiling, cross-app advertising, automated decision-making or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the application.

05Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Because Bass Merge does not integrate third-party services, no information is handed to analytics, advertising or social platforms.

Information may nevertheless be disclosed in a narrow set of circumstances:

  • Where disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order or a binding request from a competent authority;
  • Where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of TELLCOM BUDOWNICTWO KOLEJOWE, of the users of Bass Merge, or of the general public;
  • Where a successor entity acquires the application, in which case this notice will continue to apply until updated.

Any recipient is bound to use the information solely for the specific purpose for which it was disclosed and is not permitted to reuse it for its own ends.

06Data Retention

We keep personal information only for the period that is genuinely necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Once that period ends, the information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Where a longer retention period is imposed or permitted by applicable law — for example, to comply with a statutory obligation or to resolve a dispute — we keep the relevant information only for that extended period and only for that specific reason.

07Security

We apply administrative, technical and organisational safeguards that are commercially reasonable and proportionate to the limited amount of information we handle. These measures are designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security, but we do commit to reviewing and improving our safeguards on an ongoing basis.

08Children's Privacy

Bass Merge is not intended for anyone below the age of 16, which is the age of digital consent applied to this application. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under that age.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please write to [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and delete the relevant information from our systems.

10Google Play Disclosure

Bass Merge is distributed through Google Play. Our data practices are designed to comply with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and the Google Play User Data Policy, including transparent disclosure of what data is collected, how it is used and with whom it is shared.

In line with those requirements, we confirm that the application does not request sensitive permissions, does not access location, does not use advertising identifiers and does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

11Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the application, in our practices or in applicable law. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date shown at the top of the document.

We encourage you to review this page from time to time so that you always know how your information is handled. Continued use of Bass Merge after an update indicates that you accept the revised policy.
